Welcome to another day in my life. Today is Easter Sunday and I hope you are having a safe and very Happy Easter!
It is a beautiful and sunny day here in south Florida. There is even a gentle breeze to make the day just right. The only thing that would make the day more perfect would be able to see all our great friends in one city for a day. But I should count my blessings and not wish for something almost impossible since I am lucky enough to have friends around the world.

George made a delicious Easter dinner of ham, macaroni and cheese, bean casserole, biscuits and desert. Everything looked so good I almost hated to cut it up to eat it. While we had way more than enough for just the two of us, I am sure we will make great use of the leftovers in the next few days. But with so many in desperate times due to the recession, I am grateful we had more than enough for ourselves.
But then I have many things to be thankful for again this year. I have been able to keep myself alive while having HIV and AIDS for almost three decades. I have a loving and loyal support group, family and friends. While my health could be better I am glad for what health I have since there is always someone worse off than myself. And I have all the loving thoughts and wishes from my blog readers, virtual friends on Facebook and MySpace. Not to mention all the love for Dab the AIDS Bear as it's 29 year message of hope for people living with HIV and AIDS continues while remembering those who have lost their battle.
Dab the AIDS Bear will also be promoting several events in the next few months: Yuma AIDS Walk, AIDSWatch2010, Miami AIDS Walk and the Kansas City AIDS Walk. So come out and get your picture taken with Dab the AIDS Bear in support of people living with HIV and AIDS.
Hope all of you had a great weekend and a very Happy Easter!
