Welcome to another day in my life. Today is Friday and it is also Christmas Day! I hope you have had a safe and great Christmas week so far. It has been an incredibly busy week for Dab the AIDS Bear and me. So stay tuned for new pictures and slide shows soon.
The following is a video of a song that my mother dedicated to me the first year I could not make it home for Christmas when I was living in San Francisco and had just been diagnosed as having GRID (what HIV was originally called). My mother passed in 2003 and there's not a second that I do not miss her.
So I wanted to share it with all of you many of whom can not be with their families this holiday season:
I am going to keep the blog short for today since I want you to enjoy your day and do something special for yourself. But I also wanted to share a video from our bear den to you:
Dab the AIDS Bear, all of us at Dab the AIDS Bear Project and I hope you have a beary very Merry Christmas!
Until we meet again; here's wishing you health, hope, happiness and just enough.
