New Year's Eve

Welcome to another day in my life. Today is Thursday and it is also New Year's Eve... a time for retrospect as one year ends and another one begins. I hope you have had a beary safe and great year. It has been another busy year for Dab the AIDS Bear, Dab the Breast Cancer Bear, Dab the Anti-Bullying Bear and me.

Many of you have written me asking if I am okay... since you had not seen a online in about a week. Yes I am okay although still dealing with a horrible case of the flu and looking forward to the new year. This past year had many highs and a few lows, so I am thankful to be closing the chapter on 2015 and looking forward to what 2016 will bring.

The following is our last slide show for 2015 featuring pictures with the different Dab Bears and friends taken around the world:

Hope you enjoyed the slide show. We would like to thank all of our sponsors and donors for our holiday events for children living with HIV called Teddy Bear Touchdowns that we do in memory of my god-daughter Candace who lost her battle with AIDS at age 4 in 1989.

Without the generosity and help of all of you, we would not have been able to continue to do these parties for the children for 26 years. So I thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping keep the promise I made to Candace as she was dying... to make other children like her feel loved.

Wishing all of you a beary safe and Happy New Years!

Until we meet again; here's wishing you health, hope, happiness and just enough.

big bear hug,

Daddy Dab
