Jacksonville Teddy Bear Touchdown

Welcome to another day in my life. Today is Saturday and I hope you are having a safe and great weekend so far. It is another busy one for Dab the AIDS Bear and me.

I had to be up at 6am this morning so I would have time to take care of the dogs, shower and get to an early event. Today Dab the AIDS Bear and I were at the Pride Center at Equality Park doing our HIV/AIDS awareness, education and prevention. There were a few hundred people throughout the five hours of the event. We would like to thank everyone for showing Dab the AIDS Bear so much love.

Recently, we had our Teddy Bear Touchdown in Jacksonville, Florida. Our Teddy Bear Touchdowns are holiday parties for children with HIV and AIDS. This year, the Jacksonville event was at Lutheran Social Services of Northeast Florida. You can see the slide show featuring pictures from the event below:

Hope you enjoyed the pictures. Nothing like the hugs and smiles from the children as they get their gifts, hear Twas the Night Before Christmas and knowing you helped bring hope and joy to them during the holidays.

Hope you have a great and safe rest of your weekend. Until we meet again; here's wishing you health, hope, happiness and just enough.

big bear hug,

Daddy Dab
