HIGHER WEIGHT RESISTANCE PARTICIPANTS SHOULD ALWAYS USE PROPER EQUIPMENT, SAFETY PROCEDURES SUCH AS A SPOT OR EQUIPMENT TO SERVE AS SUCH.
