More Bad News

Welcome to another day in my life. Today is Thursday and I hope you are having a safe and great week so far.

It is a very cold day here in north Florida. Well very cold at least for what we are used to having. It is in the high 30s, ugh, and I hate the cold. So I can not wait for this weekend to get here and finally head back to south Florida where at least it is in the 50s. The cold really bothers my neuropathy in my arms and legs not to mention the arthritis in my back.

I got more bad news yesterday from the doctor and found out I have an infection in my mouth. So not only can I need get my teeth cleaned this week but I am having to go back on antibiotics which upset my stomach. But hopefully that explains why my headaches have been so horrible lately. Well besides the recent stroke I had which is what I figured they were caused by.

I forgot to mention the carpet was put down the other day and looks pretty nice. Almost makes me wish I was not moving. Almost that is! LOL. The owner of the building is having the bedroom and office recarpeted after I finish moving out and the place will actually look even nicer then when I move in several years ago.

My dog, Chipper, has been having a lot of problems on this trip. I am praying it is just the cold bothering him also and not the cancer. I am dreading having to put him down because he is literally like my shadow and has been by my side since I adopted him from animal control over four years ago. Yes, I know he is 16 now, blind, deaf and has cancer. But until I know he is in pain and it is necessary to put him down, I really enjoy his company even though it is a lot of work to take care of him.

Well I am going to keep the entry short today. I still have a ton of work to finish packing, start cleaning more of the apartment and errand to run. But I just wanted to take a few minutes and fill you in on what is going on in my life.

Drop me a line and let me know how things are going with you. I hope you have a great day.

Until we meet again; here's wishing you health, hope and happiness.

big bear hug,

Daddy Dab
