Headaches can be a side effect of your medication. But they are commonly caused by tension and stress which you may deal with often in your daily life.
What You Can Do About Headaches
* Start with over-the-counter pain medicines and be reducing stress.
* Relax to help get rid of your headache faster. Move to a dark, quiet place and close your eyes. Try a warm bath or put a cold washcloth over your eyes. Gently massage your temples.
* Prevent headaches by breathing deeply in stressful situations. Pay attention to your stomach. If it's tight try to relax your stomach muscles.
* Make sure you eat regularly and drink plenty of fluids. Avoid foods that might trigger a headache like caffeine, red wine or chocolate.
