Who's Positive Looking for HIV Positive Speakers
Welcome to another day in my life. Today is Sunday and I hope you are having a safe and great weekend so far. It is another busy weekend for Dab the AIDS bear and me.
I received an email from my friend Tom Donohue who runs Who's Positive that they are looking for HIV positive speakers. So I thought I would share the information with everyone since many of you are HIV positive.
Who’s Positive, a national HIV awareness organization is proud to announce the formation of a national HIV Positive Speakers Bureau. This bureau will assist anyone seeking HIV positive speakers for lectures, conferences, colleges, high schools, etc. to help humanize the stories of those infected or affected by HIV. It is hoped that by sharing the stories of those infected and affected by HIV/AIDS that we will help to encourage and provide opportunity for people to empower themselves to know their HIV status.
Who’s Positive is currently seeking to contract individuals and couples who identify as HIV infected or affected to submit their stories, no longer than one page, contact information and a picture to firstname.lastname@example.org. Who’s Positive will begin a selection process and invitations will be offered to those who can articulate their stories, emotions, and feelings associated with being infected or affected with HIV/AIDS.
Our official website for the Speakers Bureau is currently under construction and will be officially launches in the coming months. “I have wanted to do this for years says Tom Donohue, founding director for Who’s Positive. My travels and conversations with people infected and affected across the country reaffirm that people do want to talk about their stories, they want to help humanize their stories to the point it becomes a prevention tool. Who’s Positive is the perfect liaison and outlet for people infected and affected to share their stories.”
Watch for more information and an official launch coming soon. If you or someone you know is interested in an HIV positive speaker now contact email@example.com or visit http://www.tomdonohue.org .

The bear and I will be heading back to south Florida tomorrow afternoon for a couple of down days before we have to hit the road again.
Hope you have a great Sunday!
Until we meet again; here's wishing you health, hope, happiness and just enough.
