Selinah / 90 days of Aids

Welcome to another day in my life. Today is Sunday and I hope you are having a safe and great weekend. Dab the AIDS Bear attended an event at the National AIDS Grove in San Francisco today.

It was great seeing old friends and enjoying the sun, music, flagging, and fauna in the beautiful AIDS Memorial Grove, Golden Gate Park. This event was open to all of the flow arts - fan dancing, flag dancing, poi - and their supporters. The event drew quite a crowd.

Recently we saw a video which really moved us. It was produced by the Topsy Foundation AIDS and titled Selinah / 90 days of Aids:

I am sure you were as moved as we were by the video. It brings back all the memories of the 80s and 90s while dealing with the mortality of myself and so many of our friends.

Just a reminder, if we do not fight for what we need to keep people alive while dealing with HIV and AIDS; we can quickly return to the way things used to be.

Until we meet again; here's wishing you health, hope, happiness and just enough.

big bear hug,

Daddy Dab
