Bo Dixon's Autographed
Dab the AIDS Bear
Online Auction

Welcome to another day in my life. It is Monday and boy does it feel like a Monday.

This morning, I started off my day with a protein shake followed by a bicep and back workout. I can not tell you how good it feels to be working out again after a month break due to health problems. Nothing feels better than the pump you feel after a great workout.

I did not feel that great this morning when I got up and am still have major stomach problems. Going back to the doctor tomorrow to see what the results of the last tests he ran. I know something needs to change quickly. I am starting to lost weight which I do not need to do. So I hope your week is off to a smoother start.

But on to better things, I have some exciting news. Today, we are starting the online auction for Bo Dixon's autographed Dab the AIDS Bear. Bo has generously offered to sign and help auction off his Dab the AIDS Bear to help raise funds for this year's Teddy Bear Touchdowns for children with HIV and AIDS. Just goes to prove his biggest muscle is his heart! So a huge big bear hug goes out to Bo.

For more information on the online auction, please see Bo Dixon's or my profile on Facebook. Or you can email me at daddydab@dabtheaidsbearproject.com to receive updates and make bids. I announce every time a new higher bid is given on Facebook and by email to those not on Facebook. The auction ends on Saturday at midnight. There are additional shipping costs for locations outside of the continental United States.

I have also been trying to catch up on emails, phone calls and online networking. Doing all of this myself, it is sometimes very hard to keep up but I do my best. If you are waiting on a reply, please accept my apologize but please remember we are all volunteers here at Dab the AIDS Bear Project and your understanding is greatly appreciated.

I hope your week is off to a great start. Remember to keep your feet on the ground while reaching for the stars.

Wishing you health, hope and happiness.

Big bear hug,

Daddy Dab
