TGIF! Thank God It's Friday!

Welcome at another day in my life. Today is Friday and thank goodness. This has been a long, busy week for me and I am worn out.

I started off my day with my morning chocolate protein shake with creatine followed by a shoulder and forearm workout. Still getting back in my workout routine after having to take about a month off due to illness. So I am just now back up to two sets of each exercise and still doing light weights.

Then it was time for a conference call with the HIV Leadership Committee. That call lasted over an hour and a half but it was great talking to some of the folks I do not get to speak with often and catch up. It will be interesting to see how our new administration addresses health care for all Americans. I know how important the issue is for Americans living with HIV and AIDS, not to mention senior citizens and others with chronic and terminal illnesses.

Then it was time to run some errands. I had to go to UPS and get Dab the AIDS Bear off to St. Petersburg, Florida and Canada. You should have your packages shortly. Thanks for helping children with HIV and AIDS have hope and joy this upcoming holiday season! You rock!

Then I needed to do a quick trip through Publix to stock up for Gary over the weekend. Ran into a couple of friends which took longer than I expected. By the time I got home and put away the groceries, it was time to go pick Gary up from work. His hours have been cut so he only works a half day on Friday now which sucks. He really did not need any type of pay cut but at least he still has a job.

Spent the rest of the day catching up on emails, messages and phone calls. Hoping to get some rest this weekend and work on processing a ton of pictures from recent events to add to the website. So stay tuned for more pics soon.

I also built a page for our Ambassadors of Hope on Facebook so they could meet each other and stay in touch. One of our Ambassadors, Bill Curtin, is getting ready to take an extensive trip so now they have a way of knowing when they will be traveling near each other. So check them out and see our great group of folks helping spread Dab the AIDS Bear's 28 year message of hope.

Hope you have a safe and great weekend. Get out there and make a special memory for yourself. Life is not a dress rehearsal!

Wishing you health, hope and happiness.

Big bear hug,

Daddy Dab
