A Blue Monday
Today is Monday and the start of a new work week. I hope you had a safe and great weekend. I would like to thank you for stopping by to see what is going on in another day in my life.
And while I am usually always in a good mood, I started off today feeling down. I could tell from the second I woke up that I did not feel like usual. The string in my step and my usually jovial mood just was not there. Hopefully, it is just a passing thing and might have to do with recent health problems. Who knows. But because I was not feeling up to par, I decided to skip my workout today just in case I am trying to catch a bug or something.
So after lunch time, I went and ran some errands. I had to ship off another Dab the Aids Bear to Don in North Carolina for his mother. He also donated another bear to be given to a sick child with HIV and AIDS. I knew instantly which child would be receiving Don's bear since she is losing her battle with AIDS at 5 years of age. I know it will bring a smile to her face to receive her second Dab the AIDS Bear. She also has one of the original series I gave her a couple of years ago when we met.
Then I had to pick up some groceries at Publix, pick up some dry cleaning, make a deposit at Bank of America (thanks to Bill) and drop off some things to NFAN (Northeast Florida AIDS Network). It is always great seeing Beth so we visited for a few minutes. I will see her again tomorrow at the World AIDS Week committee meeting at St. Luke's Community Church.
The rest of the day, I worked on the website. I also answered calls and emails but still have a back log. So if you are waiting on a reply, I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Going to bed early tonight and hoping tomorrow goes better. I hope you are having a great start to your week.
Wishing you health, hope and happiness.
Big bear hug,
