Nathaniel Hendley is the prevention case manager for Northeast Florida AIDS Network (NFAN) and holds a degree in Business Administration from Edward Waters College. He also facilitates the Healthy Relationships CDC DEBI Model that is funded by the Pfizer Foundation. He serves as The Director to the Kids of HOPE Summer Camp Program, sponsored by NFAN and also serves as a board member to BCCC Patient Advisory committee and the Jacksonville Urban League Advisory board.
Nathaniel is a spokesperson for Suited for Success, a local CBO that supply men in our community with needed business attire and the Chairperson to the Northeast Florida Inter-group of A.A. PI/CPC committee. He has a long history of case management that includes experience from DCF, Lockheed Martin and University Medical Center.
His greatest passion has been for the pass several years being a Caregiver to his elderly mother who suffers from dementia.
He is the DAB Angel recipient for March 2007 and has been asked to serve as a board member to this organization as chairman of prevention.
Nathaniel has been living with this dreaded disease for nearly 25 years and plan to continue his efforts in the community as a facilitator and strong advocacy with outreach and prevention.
