Welcome to another day in my life. Today is the fist Day of November and also a Monday. So I hope you had a safe and great Halloween weekend.
It was three days of constant partying in Wilton Manors for Halloween. The streets were full of ghosts, goblins and a merry assortment of costumed characters for the holiday. It is a running joke that Halloween is the gay Christmas because so many feel free to dress up, have a great time and celebrate their sexual orientation. That is why the crowds are so big for Halloween in places like New York City, Los Angeles, Miami, Wilton Manors and other large GLBT friendly cities.
You can enjoy pictures from Halloween with Dab the AIDS Bear and friends below:
But now we are starting a new week and a new month. It is going to be another very busy month for Dab the AIDS Bear and me. We will be at AIDS Walks, fund raisers and health fairs throughout the month. So be sure to come up, say hello and get your picture taken with Dab the AIDS Bear in support of people living with HIV and AIDS.
I am still getting over a bad cold and back problems. So I am glad it is not an overly packed week. I hope to be back in the swing of things soon. So for me, this past weekend was a time of resting and taking medications to get better.
Hope you have a safe and great week! Until we meet again; here's wishing you health, hope, happiness and just enough.
