The ADAP Wrap-Around Pilot Project (AWAPP)assists ADAP eligible clients with the out-of-pocket costs of their Medicare Part "D" annual deductible, co-insurance, and drug co-payments. In order to qualify for AWAPP, clients must meet the ADAP Program qualifications, have Medicare Part "D" and have income between 135% - 150% of the Federal Poverty Level.
AIDS Insurance Continuance Program (AICP) is for Floridians who have AIDS or are HIV symptomatic and need help paying their health insurance premiums.
Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) provides temporary housing assistance to eligible persons living with HIV/AIDS. Housing assistance includes short-term housing facilities placement, short-term rent, mortgage and utilities assistance and supportive services (such as case management).
