Getting ready for the taping of the show tomorrow morning and doing some public relations work for the project while I'm here in Savannah.

Today's blog is going to be the first dealing with exercise and working out. Please check with your doctor before beginning any exercise program.

For my workout, I did chest today and abs.... Currently on a four day workout program alternated every two weeks with a workout per bodypart week.

For chest I'm doing bench, incline bench, decline bench, and dumbell flies... I use protein powder, creatine, and L-Glutamine... Been working out for over 25 years, but just started back a couple of months ago after a serious carwreck which severely injured my back.

It's been great feeling my body starting to come back to it's usual state. If you're just starting to work out... be sure to start slow and build your way up. You will have lactic acid in your muscles from not working out... so you will be sore when you first start working out... That's normal.

If you work out too hard at first, the pain may be great enough to prevent future immediate workouts... so everything in moderation.

Start the first day to better health and a better you.
