Paris Pride 2010

Welcome to another day in my life. Today is Tuesday and I hope you are having a safe and great week so far. It is a very busy week starting with National Coming Out Day yesterday. This week we have an event or meeting almost every day.

This past weekend, Dab the AIDS Bear was at the Paris Pride in Paris, France. We had the honor of being on the ACT Up Paris float during the parade and had a fantastic time. We would like to thank everyone for showing the bear so much love. My only regret is my French is not the best in the world but luckily there were a couple of very helpful handsome locals to help with translation.

You can see pics from Paris Pride below:

I hope you enjoyed the slide show as much as we enjoyed being there. It is such an honor and privilege to get to speak to groups around the world about HIV and AIDS. So I would like to thank our hosts and everyone for all their hospitality. Viva la France!

Now I have to get running. We are having a leadership board meeting this evening at Fusion with leaders from the Department of Health to address HIV/AIDS prevention among MSM population in south Florida.

I hope you have a fantastic Tuesday! Remember to keep your feet on the ground while reaching for the stars. Until we meet again; here's wishing you health, hope, happiness and just enough.

big bear hug,

Daddy Dab
